Description
The Ministry of Defence has given the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency the task of constructing new officer barracks, where the project ́s social aim is to support the Norwegian Armed Forces' skjold operations by establishing satisfactory standard of living profiting personnel. The contract includes engineering design services for and the construction of 60 Quarters at Skjold in Troms.
