O presente contrato tem por objeto a construção da infraestrutura nos 6 túneis da Beira Alta para suporte dos equipamentos da rede GSM-R, insere-se no âmbito dos investimentos previstos no Plano Ferrovia 2020, e é essencial para o bom funcionamento e cobertura da rede GSM-R no interior destes túneis, situados entre as estações do Luso e Gouveia
