We zijn op zoek naar de aanschaf van een transmissie-elektronenmicroscoop die werkt op een versnellingsspanning van 100 kV, uitgerust met Field Emsission Gun (FEG) en directe elektronendetector en die is geoptimaliseerd voor cryo-EM-gegevensverzameling met hoge resolutie van afzonderlijke deeltjes in handmatige en geautomatiseerde regimes
