Description
Bakgrund Götene Vatten och Värme AB (GVV), som ägs av Götene kommun, levererar idag processånga till Arla Foods, hetvatten till Gasum samt fjärrvärme till det omkringliggande samhället. Götene Vatten och Värme AB har fattat beslut om att installera en elångpanna i syfte att optimera anläggningens driftekonomi. Elångpannan kommer dels att agera baslast tillsammans med övriga förbränningspannor då elpriset är gynnsamt, dels som stöddjänst för balansering av elnät. Ny elångpanna är planerad att tas i drift under våren år 2027. Anläggningen kommer att uppföras som delad entreprenad. Denna förfrågan avser upphandling av en elångpanna inklusive diverse hjälputrustning
