De gemeente Rotterdam heeft ongeveer 18.000 ambtenaren in dienst. Zij is als werkgever wettelijk verplicht om over actuele Risico-Inventarisaties & Evaluaties (RI&E’s) te beschikken. Vanwege het aflopen van het huidige contract voor deze dienstverlening, is de gemeente voornemens een nieuw contract af te sluiten. Door middel van deze aanbesteding is de gemeente Rotterdam daarom op zoek naar de beste uitvoerders voor haar RI&E's.
