Grundstück anfüllen, ca. 1600m3 Baugruben für die 3 geplanten Gebäudeteile herstellen. ca. 1600m3 Baugrubensohlen für die geplante Bodenverbesserung vorbereiten 1600m2 Arbeitsräume zu den Gebäuden hinterfüllen, neues Bodenniveau herstellen.
